How The Clan Jam Works

Camp set up - either 4pm - 8pm on Friday 9th March or prior to 11am Saturday.

Activities and entertainment will be scheduled from around 12pm on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th March.

Monday (Labour day) will be rest, recover and get home safely day.

We aim to offer music acts until 10pm (Sat and Sun).  The campground will be a quiet zone after 10pm.

After 10pm, there will be an allocated adult only 'Noisy Zone' where DJ's will perform and a bonfire (weather permitting).

This area will have no music after 1 am to ensure all are rested and ready for the next day of fun. Responsible behaviour is vital people!!

Camp Set Up and Facilities

You can keep your car at your site if required but if you wish to travel during the weekend, we would prefer you park along driveway after camp set up for safety. Any additional cars should be parked along venue driveway.

Campers share sites - they are huge - safety when using power supply on sites is essential.  Strictly no fires at campsite permitted.

2 toilet blocks are on site with hot shower facilities (limited numbers).

Bicycles are encouraged. Gravel roads make scooters, skateboards rollerblades etc. unsuitable.

Children's playground, games and sporting activities will be set up around the park to enjoy.

No Pets on site for this event.

Food and Alcohol

BYO food and alcohol.

Ice and supplies can be accessed in Ballan - 2km away.

The Clan Jam encourages recycling. Please leave glass bottles at home.

We are providing live music, DJ's, workshops, kid's activities, games and a yoga.  See the 'What's On' page for details.

Please be aware of our limited budget for the Clan Jam.

The Clan Jam will have a sports field, so bring your football, soccer ball, frisbee and be prepared to join in a parents versus kids game.

What to Bring

Protective instinct, safety goggles, good vibes and like minded mates.

A great attitude, dancing shoes, dress ups and glow sticks.
